The Path To Success

What to Expect:

What Does the process look like?

1) Initial meeting

Our initial meeting will be all about discussing your selling objectives. We will give you a complete overview of what to expect during the selling process and answer any questions you may have. If you are selling your home, preliminary ideas for staging and pricing will be discussed here. If you’re looking to buy a property, this meeting is where we will discuss your needs, wants and desires for your new home.

2) Signing and Staging

Once you are ready to sell, we will sign a standard listing agreement and the required disclosure forms to secure our partnership. At this point, we will also begin staging your property to make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. This will include recommendations for minor repairs, indoor aesthetics, curb appeal tips and more.

3) Listing and marketing your property

Once you are ready to sell, we will sign a standard listing agreement and the required disclosure forms to secure our partnership. At this point, we will also begin staging your property to make it as attractive as possible to potential buyers. This will include recommendations for minor repairs, indoor aesthetics, curb appeal tips and more.

4) Listing and marketing your property

Now, we’re ready to discuss your listing price. Pricing you home competitively will initiate more activity among brokers and buyers, so we will determine a price that is competitive, yet comfortable, for you. This step will involve some research as it relates to comparing your home to similar listed properties in your neighborhood, and weighing in factors such as the condition of your home, location, amenities and market conditions.

Now is where the real momentum starts. We will begin to create buzz in the marketplace by taking professional photos of your property and marketing it on all the high-traffic sites to ensure maximum exposure. This step will also include public open houses and broker tours, yard signage, newspaper ads, a property feature sheet, customized property marketing and sales agent networking.

5) Sale, closing and close of escrow

Once offers are reviewed and a winning bid is accepted, your home will go into escrow. At this point, we will prepare all seller-required disclosures and reports, complete the appraisal process and make sure all repairs and requests are completed in a timely manner.

Once all this has been finalized, your closing documents will be signed and payment will be remitted. Congratulations! You have now sold your property.
